Good morning all!
This is my first blog - and i have to say, i should have created a blog a long time ago...
It would have helped me a great deal in this process to the first fitness model competition!
I am currently 4 days out! I am in the carb-depletion process still, Wednesday being my last day of that and Thursday i start to carb - up! I'm excited!
I have been dreaming and planning my food for after the show!
I plan to have my bad cheats on the Sunday after the show, but Monday i will go back to a semi-clean diet, with a few cheats still snuck in there!
Back to cardio on the Wednesday or Thursday, and hitting the weights again the next monday! i do not want a post- competition rebound!!
